Apparent Medical Issue Results in Death of Local Woman on I-95

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that a 63-year old Delray Beach woman has died while traveling on I-95, apparently following a medical issue.
"The driver of a Silver Infinity was traveling northbound on Interstate 95, just north of Congress Ave; when she began to have a medical related incident and had to pull over on the right shoulder. The driver of the Silver Infinity called her daughter and advised her of the medical incident. Her daughter then made contact with the Boca Raton Fire Department to respond to provide first aid.
Upon arrival of the Paramedics, the driver of the Silver Infinity was then transported to Delray Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased. This case is pending investigation.”
