$320 MILLION INVESTMENT IN BRIC TO BRING NEW STORES, LIVING SPACE

New York City based DRA Advisors has entered into an agreement to invest $320 million in the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC).   The transformation could result in new apartments or condos  in addition to restaurants and stores.  
It's the largest deal in South Florida this year.
