DELRAY BEACH MILLAGE RATE INCREASES FOR FIRST TIME IN DECADE

The Delray Beach Commission narrowly voted earlier this week to increase the city's millage rate for the first time in a decade.  The 3-2 vote raised the rate from 5.94 mills to 6.19.
The new rate is lower than where it stood in 2023-24.  The impact for the average homeowner will reflect a $113 increase.
